About Sample policy

Samples is charged, pls advise us which model you interest to test and the quantity information. If you have any special requirements for samples, pls also advise us.

How to order?

A ) By email:

   You could send email to our staff and let us know which model you will order and your order quantity for each model.

B ) By fax:

   You could also fax your order to 0086-0756-6210126 , our staff will handle it for you within 24 hours.

After you confirm the price (and shipping cost ), according your request, we will then offer you a PI (Proforma Invoice) with the details of your order and our company's bank A/C for your confirmation.

 

How to pay ?

1. For samples and small orders, we only accept 100% T/T (Bank transfer/ wire transfer).

 

2. For real order, there are two options:

(a.) 3 0% T/T after order confirmed, 70% T/T before shipment

(b ) 3 0% T/T in advanced, 70% irrepealable L/C at sight before shipment

 

How to delivery?

1) For sample / small order, better send by expres ( DHL / UPS / FEDEX / TNT express ).

 

a ) Delivery time: 3~5 days after received the payment;

b) Express need about 3~5 days delivery the products to your door.

 

2) For real order ( 100 pcs or above ) , we suggest our customer send by air or by sea. The price would be better than sent by express.

 

How about the warranty & return policy  ?

1), Warranty: 2 years.
A) For car DVD GPS, we offer two years warranty;
For car LCD & portable GPS and other accessories, we offer one year warranty.

C) If there is any defect units(not men-made factor) within one month, we can replace a new one to our customer, and both us should afford the freight on each sides;if there is any defect units on warranty, we can repair the units free for you, and our customers should pay for all the freight.

 2), The item's warranty becomes invalid:
a) If damaged is caused by: Undue wear & tear, dirt, misused, improper installation or operation, neglect, accident.
b) If the warranty seal is removed or damaged.
c) If the item was opened, removed any parts of the item or repaired by unauthorized person.
 

3), Remark:

Email us if you find any technical problem during installation.Most of the problems are because of misuse or incorrect installation. PLEASE check carefully before sending the item(s) back as we will not be responsible for any shipping cost if we find the product is not faulty as you described. THE RIGHT TO JUDGE THE DEFECTIVENESS IS FROM OUR TECHNICIAN'S REPORT. Mail us before you sending out the product(s).

4), Damaged cases:
We check all our items before sending out. If you received a broken item, please keep all the package material, take photos and send to us immediately. and also to have the courier to offer the certificate for the damaged. This could make you to keep the rights to make the claim to the shipping compnay, We only accept these cases reported within 7 days since delivered date. We will help you to claim damage to the courier.

How to become our distributor/agent in certain market? 

We have already exclusive agents In some markets. But we are still searching for cooperative business partners in the other markets. We are welcome to receive your inquiry for details of agency arrangement.

Price & discounts on HIFIMAX ?

The price will be fluctuated according to the cost price, promotion or clearance. If you need to get our wholesale prices, please contact our online sales person.In General, we have promotion each month.

 
Tax,customs,duties?
a) Import duties, taxes and charges are not include in the item price or shipping charges. We are not responsible for these charges. Please check with your country's customs office to know the costs prior to buying.
b)We are not familiar with your local customs and don't know how much it will be. Please check your local tax authorities BEFORE purchase.
c) In our experience, around 92% of our products can reach to the buyers without any taxes
 
How about the shipping cost? Could I sent by my forwarder?
1) The shipping cost are depand on your order quantity,more oder qty, better shipping cost.

2) When you want to know the exact shipping cost, please kindly provide us two information:

a) Order details ( Item number / quantity for each Item )
b) Your full shipping address included the post code.

We will according the information and check the cost for you, don't worry if you don't agree, you could cancel the order.

Yes. you could send the products by your own forwarder.
