Question 1: Sample is charged or be free ?
(a) Samples is charged, that is not free for samples. (b) Pls advise us which model you interest to test and the quantity information. If you have any special requirements for samples, pls also advise us.
Question 2: How to order?
To order the products is easy and simple, (a) Let us know WHICH model you need and order quantity for each MODEL: (b) Let us know your full shipping address (with post code), so that we could check the shipping cost for you. (c) After you agree the total price, then we will make the PI (proforma invoice )with order details and our bank account for your confirmation.
Question 3: How to pay ?
1. For samples and small orders,we only accept 100% T/T (Bank transfer), or western union. 2. For real order, there are two options: (a.) 3 0% T/T after order confirmed, 70% T/T before shipment (b.) 3 0% T/T in advanced, 70% irrepealable L/C at sight before shipment
Question 4: How to delivery the products to your side?
(a) By Express. - For sample / small order, better send by expres ( DHL / UPS / FEDEX / TNT express / EMS ). They are door to door terms, fast and and security.
(b) By Air or by sea - For real order ( 100 kg or above ) , we suggest our customer send by air or by sea. The price would be better than sent by express.
(c) By customer's authorized shipping forwarder:
Question 5: How long we could send out the products?
(a) For the samples or samples orders, we normally could send out in 1-5 days; (b) For bigger order, normally could send out 7~15 days, to see your order quantity and the model related. We normally have a lot of models on the stock,thus could send out very soon for these orders, sometimes could send out in the same day when money arrived.
Question 6: Dropship could be ok?
We could also accept dropship,just advise us your customer's contact information, we will not expose our name / brand or other related information to your customers, pls don't worry.
Question 7: How about the warranty & return policy ?
1), Warranty time A) About the 1-2 Din car DVD (Universal model or OEM special car DVD ) We offer two years warranty. B) For portable GPS, Headrest, roof , stand, armrest central monitor , sunvisor, car rearview camera, IR headphone and TV receiver box and other accessories, we offer one year warranty. 2) The freight afford during on warranty. If there is any defect units(not men-made factor) within one month, we can replace a new one to our customer, and both us should afford the freight on each sides; if there is any defect units on warranty, we can repair the units free for you, and our customers should pay for all the freight. The price will be fluctuated according to the cost price, promotion or clearance. If your order is good and request better price, please contact our sales person.In General, we have promotion each month.
Question 10: Do I need to pay Tax, customs,duties?
a) Import duties, taxes and charges are not include in the item price or shipping charges. We are not responsible for these charges. Please check with your country's customs office to know the costs prior to buying.
b)We are not familiar with your local customs and don't know how much it will be. Please check your local tax authorities BEFORE purchase.
